• In charge of sending out weekly compliance reports to General Manager’s and Human Resource Directors• Created LMS tracking sheets to track progress of training completion for the West, Northwest and South regions• Formed a part of the I-9 auditing team, auditing and correcting I-9 forms for all regions of Aramark Uniform Services• In charge of meal card audits for several market centers in the West region as well as sending out weekly reports on audit data.• Assisted in a major acquisition of about 50-60 employees, helping transfer employee data into our systems• Partnered with Human Resources Directors, Talent Acquisition Partners and other departments within HR in projects such as college recruiting, Collective Bargaining Agreement compensation analysis, fuel auditing, Account Executive turn over analysis and pre-screening as well as phone screening route sales support candidates.

• Collect and account for up to $1,000 worth of sales from guests per shift and in charge of maintaining inventory for all alcohol products• Use DASH computer system to confirm and accept credit card payments and alter orders on check, handling up to 20 orders at a time• Interact with guests by providing exceptional customer service while establishing long lasting and returning customer relationships• Assisted in the group training of up to 10 employees at a time
