Generate accurate and timely invoices for products/services rendered to customers.Verify billing details and ensure all necessary information is included in the invoices.Distribute invoices via email, mail and electronic billing.Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and aging accounts.Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.Apply received payments accurately to the appropriate customer accounts in the accounting system.Record payment transactions, including credit card payments, electronic fund transfers.
