Worked as as a Fleet Operation from Feb 2021- April 2021, I was taking charge of:-Reporting every hour the number of required number of runners to avoid anyshortage and Following up with our suppliers to secure the required numbers of runners to saveavailability for each zone.-keeping up with the live performance of our owned delivery, supporting the cycleof it by manually dispatching orders according to the route on the delivery zonewhich ensures the most efficient delivery time for the courier’s trip-Smoothing the working day to our couriers by providing them the most efficienttrips on the map of the delivery zone-Auditing on our fleet support section to ensure that they server as live trackerswithout any lack of mobility.-Achieving designated targets (estimated delivery time, couriers’ productivity,couriers’ proficiency and providers’ flexibility) and communicating these targetsabove to the upper managementBy the end of October I got promoted as Acquisition Specialist and On groundcoordinator , I was taking charge of:-keeping up with our OD live performance, ensuring our supply availability isadhering to our communication with our providers by making sure that all required runners will be available per interval, and sometimes we were asking for more numbers than usual in case we are facing a high demand.-Tracking providers performance per interval and reporting our current supplyupdates hourly to ensure that our product is functioning as planned.-Reporting immediately on toggling our delivery zones depending on the currentoccupancy of our couriers and our fleet demand-Extracting all the data needed for runners as the daily active hours of the runners ,the number of orders which the runner already delivered and the numbers of orders for each zone to secure the enough numbers of runners -Checking the payment of runner as salaries and bonuses if they are facing any issue to fix it

-Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause ofthe problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem,expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools-

-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits, and follow up to ensure resolution-Answering customers inquires & Solving problems in a professional way and goingthe extra mile to engage customers-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
