Throughout my bachelor studies and my high school, I have proved myself to be able to break through and learn any new and challenging topic and provide good results. In my bachelor, I had the chance to study subjects such as (Business Administration, Law, Political Science and Project Management) and gain adequate knowledge in Political and Administrative Sciences. During my studies I worked on a huge joint project between the Austrian government and Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. The project’s title is Common Assessment Framework (CAF). My task was to prepare and implement a self‑assessment report to evaluate the model’s quality of the European public administration. In addition, I created an action plan to define the milestones and the responsibilities. This allowed me to enhance my technical and soft skills, such as teamwork, reliability and self‑motivation.In parallel with my studies, I have always been an active participant in extracurricular activities; I was a team leader in an Austrian youth organization where I gained experience in management, coaching and events planning. I was supervising the events and workshops, one of the largest events was the organization’s 20th anniversary with over 23,000 guests, at which I was responsible of coordinating registrations, advertising and organizing the campaigns to promote for our events. I did volunteering work with the public sector by translating German – Arabic, thanks to this experience, I became aware of how such sectors operate and the procedure followed to get the work done. I taught German to refugees through my volunteer work at Caritas. In 2015, I supported the police and other employees translating for the refugees. In May 2020, I took the role as an interpreter at the Aspis and Diakonie organizations.Having been raised by native Egyptian parents and growing in a mixture of Egyptian/Austrian culture. I am confident that I will bring new perspectives to the work environment.
