Within the scope of a project-based internship program that lasted for 2 months, I made a project where I started out with the idea of innovation. In my project, I created a new recipe and prepared a cracker whose taste, shape and structure were completely formed as a result of my own work. I had the opportunity to present my product to senior executives. During my internship, I had the chance to see closely in what order and how the work was done in the R&D Department. Apart from R&D studies, I had the opportunity to observe Quality Control studies and Production activities and to obtain information from authorized persons.
