Remapping printers and re-configuring outlook for a new email system, made sure profiles worked afterward.

Remediation and replacement of approximately 20,000 RSA secure ID tokens for secure access to website. Project consisted of two phases, approximately 3 months total. Included intensive use of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint as well as very precise organization of secure ID tokens & shipping envelopes. Shipping thousands of individual packages via various carriers to the entire word. Hired full time after project to new location to plan, setup and monitor international video and voice conferences to 10 countries utilizing 14 conference rooms with Polycom and Cisco TelePresence hardware as well as a variety of audio visual equipment such as microphones, automated shades, projectors and PC’s. Coordination with the catering department of requirements for room and equipment needs daily.
