My role involves using my expertise in technology strategy, technical design, and solution architecture to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' objectives using AWS, Azure as cloud platforms with technical stacks such as Java Sprint Boot, React, Angular, Kubernetes.I have been allocated to Telecom, Retails clients to define project objectives and desired outcomes, establish project guidelines, and meticulously assess technical and business requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, product owners, technical leaders, designers, and strategists, to ensure project scoping is aligned and validated to guarantee successful outcomes.My approach to communicating architectural decisions is effective for both commercial and technical stakeholders, by bridging conceptual and physical viewpoints to ensure clarity and consensus. My goal is to deliver the best possible results for my clients by effectively balancing functional and non-functional criteria.Ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations, I facilitate the smooth passing of project needs to the sales and professional services teams. I led the modernization of legacy POS applications by architecting them on AWS Cloud, ECS Fargate, Cloud Front, S3, RDS, load balancers, and API Gateway. The backend is made up of Java Sprint Boot, Python, and JavaScript.My leadership role involved the development of Pay Roll, POS, eCommerce, Credit, Sales, and various types of systems for various industries using a combination of SAP B1 SDK and C#. These solutions were certified by me for SAP, ensuring that they meet the best practices and security patterns requested by SAP.I designed and implemented architectures involving migrations from On-Promise Infrastructure to Cloud-based platforms based on Amazon Web Services with diverse customers such as Pharmaceuticals Companies, Software Companies, and Retail companies with complete success, no lost data nor downtime. Additionally, I have been an expert in programming for micro services using AWS components such as lambda functions, DynamoDb, dockers, AWS Fargate, and serverless components to create heigh available and autoscaling systems.

I have been responsible for designing and implementing the Business Architecture for the company, this architecture accomplish to meet the challenges of being drug suppliers of public hospitals in Ecuador, defining roles, positions, processes and appropriate technologies to achieve the requirements of being a public supplier in terms of contracts, delivering products, the process negotiations and deliver tracking. I designed, implemented and have been operating the Software and Information Architecture in order to establish business relationships with manufacturing labs. These services add value towards various business areas such as online information, inventory control , sale orders, payment receiving and information relevant to the manufacturer of the product.I have directed global rollouts of new softwares and systems to ensure defect-free releases, through careful planning, testing and QA efforts, to lead the team to personalize SAP B1 with SAP B1 SDK and visual C#. I have addressed the organizational development projects that will enable the company to develop business services, to maintain optimum operation and align quality standards in regarding storage of biotechnology and the distribution chain.

As the Software Architecture, I led the integration of specialized solutions in casino machines, TITO product schemes and use of devices to translate SAS protocol to Ethernet MIB packages for integrating the data generated by the machines with Web applications and the company ERP system.As a software Architect, I lead the development in C# of a software for Casino Operations called GMS (Game Management System). The principal goal of this Web-Based software was to register the data that is needed to control the business operations and give managers visibility of the operation. After this project, the company's CEO was able to manage the Casinos in Ecuador, Chile and Panama from the main office in Panama. There he could see the operations through the data that the software collected and was modeled to be shown. I designed and implemented the Information Architecture for the Casino. The Casino had in Ecuador, Chile and Panama 12 casinos. This meant that a lot of data was collected through its software. We decided to use Pentaho, an open source software, to achieve this goal. It was possible to integrate the data through Data Integration Processes and delivering the information with zero click reports that were delivered to the managers by email.

I was the Project Manager of "Sales Force Online". The principal goal of this project was to connect the Sales Force, that usually works outside the office, with the main office. This was achieved through GPRS cellular data communications, software development with C# and integration to accomplish the data transmission of the sales order online. The main result of this project was that the company was able to deliver the products within 4 hours of the city in which the company has deposited. As well as 24 hours in cities which the company didn't have. The company won first place in Ecuador, for this industry.After implementing project "Sales Force online" there was the need of having tools to do following to the salesman. For this reason, project "Virtual Offices" began. The main goal, was to develop Business intelligence using software tools such as Cognos, SQL server and Excel. Within this project, the company was able to have supervisors working from home. This helped to expand the company, without the need of having offices throughout the cities, where the company had been expanding its market.I was responsible for struggling guidelines and strategic plans of Technology. Also for managing and warranting optimal operation of the technology infrastructural services that supported the business goals, using methodologies such as ITIL and MOF Microsoft, and platforms such as Windows 2003, SQL Server 2000 and 2005. I led the operation of a data centre with over 70 servers and more than 1,800 users, with management services, using performance indicators. I managed the Telecommunications infrastructure for 180 points of sales in the whole country.
