I’m assisted by two (2) Assistant Resident Engineer (Architect/Structural) plus 78 MEPS Engineers and Architectsdetermine the policies for the supervision activities; deal with the day-today- problems as they arise and monitor progress of work to ensure that supervision duties expected of the Consultant are being satisfactorily carried out.  Overseeing the supervision of construction works. Liaison with KU/TP/KUCP at all times. Review project schedules and construction procedures. Promote good morale on the project and assure that work is performed in a professional manner. conduct client and staff meetings on a regular basis. Chair job site meetings.  Identify problems in any area of the project and make recommendations. Recognize areas of possible claims and advocate steps to eliminate or reduce such claims. Review and approve Monthly progress Payments  Give final approval to all construction materials to be incorporated into the works/specifications. Coordinate all the necessary activities involving clearance from statutory authorities. Advise the client for potential RFP’s Develop and maintain contacts with local authorities.  Review, report, seek approval from KU/TP/KUCP. Implement variations in project costs. Organize and minute meetings with KU/TP/KUCP as need it. Guide other members of the project Engineering team in removing constraints,.
