- Handling speciality for Footwear products and brands, Chemical, Zero Discharged and Accessories- Acquire potential footwear factories and suppliers (Tier 1 / Tier 2) in Indonesia that supply to brand/buyer, with identifying or creating the needs for Physical or Chemical/RSL testing based on brand/buyer requirements- Developing incremental volume opportunity from brand/buyer list supplier trough increasing good quality of their products. Working with brand/buyer quality department to comply their requirement.- Responsible for all technical aspect of chemical tests for textile, footwear, and toys/juvenile products including its regulation, legislation, and involvement within client's special program- Responsible to make sure all the lab equipment and method is using the latest updated. Working with global and internal laboratory management- Managing business unit especially for leather and footwear testing business unit and company sales target with creating business pipeline to identify all leads, prospect, potential, and closeable

- Lead and controlling reporting team- Reviewing the result of the laboratory base on particular buyer and general specification- Receiving the result of testing (work order) from laboratory- Check the completeness of the information related to testing such as: Application form, conformance testing base on the requested application.- Make sure that laboratory testing using the correct method based on manual buyer or general specification- Compile all chemical result data before released to client, and make sure the data is valid- Controll and Developing the result from the laboratory into the test report- Make sure the result and cost correctly for invoicing process

- Maintain and troubleshooting chemical laboratory testing for incoming raw material and finished good product- Reporting using lims- Do testing in chemical prameter like organic and inorganic testing basen on Mattel requirement and regulation
