• Prepare and analyze financial statements as per the relevant accounting standards. Thisincludes income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and related disclosures on a monthly, quarterly,and yearly basis.• Oversee the day-to-day operations of AP and AR processes, including invoice processing,vendor/customer communication, reconciliation, aging analysis, and resolution of discrepancies, ensuring accuracy,timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completenessof financial records. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial transactions.• Finalize the trial balance along with all supporting Balance Sheet account schedules andperform all necessary activities to close the accounting books for the period.• Maintain and update the fixed asset register to ensure accurate and up-to-date company assetrecords.• Recording and reconciliation of all bank account transactions with books monthly.• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. This mayinclude overseeing audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.• Coordinating all aspects of the year-end audit, including preparation, communication with auditors,compliance, documentation, deadline management, and reporting.• Dealing with Banks, Vendor & Customers for Import and Export LC documentation.• Preparing and filing combined VAT returns and ensuring the payment on time.• Salary statement preparation, Salary processing through WPS, and maintaining employee leave records
