In my 2 years experience in designing i have developed to learn and know that the growth of a product or business lies in the satisfaction of the users. That's why passing the right brand messages is key, which is in the form businesses deliver their promises, Influence and help guide user actions. Aligning users needs/wants to business objectives and goals is also a major development I've held on to.
