Believing that good team leadership and a hands-on approach to management brings increased standards and profits.Working as an Officer Merchandizing in Merchandising Dept. following are the key areas of responsibilities: • Directly dealing with the customers C&A (Germany), CAMANO (Germany), Alber's (Italy), Primark Stores (U.K), Dunnes Stores (Ireland), Friend's Textiles (Estonia) & Harmony (Singapore)• Projections and Forecasting of new Orders from Customers• New Developments & Costing.• Time & Action planning for each order.• Yarn's Arrangements, Knitting Planning and Procurement of Accessories for New Orders.• Development / Sampling of Fabrics Strike offs /Socks for New orders.• Handling of Quality Auditors for External Inspections.• Development / Sampling of accessories for new orders. • Negotiations with the packaging Suppliers for most competitive prices.• Continuous communication with customers to achieve the required output as per customer’s needs and negotiation of competitive prices.• Liaison with Sample Dept. for Timely Samples Development.• Strong follow ups to maintain the agreed Shipment date with customer• Maintain accessories stocks at their required level.• Coordinate with SCL (Supply Chain Logistics) for Export Documentation and Shipment booking and movement.• Follow up of payments.
