Dealer Teamwork is a start-up that develops a Software-As-A-Service application, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), to optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for automotive dealerships.• Reviewed, improved and standardized the software development process while providing direction and leadership for both local and off-shore staffing.• Formalized standard scrum concepts such as release planning, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, user stories and demos, each of which contributed to significant improvements in the productivity of the development staff.• Created and facilitated a Top Issues List recurring working meeting between product management and development to transition identified areas of improvement to action plans.
