I was part of the Northcroft Project Management team in Oxford.The main sectors that my experience is in are Education, Health and Commercial Sectors. While at Northcroft I undertook a variety of projects that required management of a robust Change Control Process due to budgetary programme or client requirement constraints. This included formulating the ‘Change Control Process’ to suit the project’s needs, reviewing formal change control request, monitoring and collating the team’s responses and assisting with the assessment and decisions on the requested change.I also managed the FF&E procurement for a number of clients, where their budget was over £300,000.
