One of the most important tasks was to update the Digital Service Booklet online which enables the vehicle to be marked after each and every service to enable alternate service centres to check vehicle service history and thereby ascertain the scope of the next service. I met lots of amazing and many knowledgeable customers asking the perfect questions. The most challenging task was keeping up with the numbers(of cars) as we never receive as much in India. Initially overwhelming but was able to perform excellently towards the end of my tenure there.
