My role as project manager for the Hyperspectral Airborne Study is to coordinate all activities including managing all sub-contractors. My responsibilities in this role include:• Overall management of the Study.• Interface and reporting to the customer.• Control and monitor the subcontractors’ specifications, technical data, progress, deliveries.• Co-ordination and approval of all issued documentation.• Action Items Management.• Maintenance of Document List.• Preparation of Meeting Materials.• Notification to the customer of any issues/ problems/ relating to the timely completion of the developments and the proposed mitigation actions.• Schedule & Cost Control.• Industrial Management

I am responsible for supporting the project management activities to ensure a successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle. I was part of an international sales team in Space Systems focused on Constellations and New Business.My responsibilities in this role included leading New Business sales campaigns, establishing capture plans including financing schemes and coordinating sales activities with Airbus Key Account Managers. Regular and meaningful communication with all parts of the business was vital in this role.

Focused on ensuring the team are working well together, communication (internally and externally to the customer) is clear, we remain on schedule and piloting new processes such as Advance Product Quality Planning and LEAN scheduling.

Responsible for the Astrium ltd. outreach program in the UK. Manage a group of 30+ ambassadors. Organise visits from local schools to the site, arrange Astrium ltd. attendance at careers events and various other educational events. Work with several key outreach organisations such as STEMNET and the Education Business Partnership. Filmed a piece for Teachers TV on a career in the Space Industry.
