Business Operations Manager
CurrentEngage PSG Search provides executive level search services from its offices in London, San Francisco & Sydney, we service Europe, the US and Asia-Pac regions.We focus on data and insight driven SaaS/technology markets, including Fintech, RegTech, MarTech and Business Intelligence sectors, and we work with some of the World's fastest growing businesses from Seed through Series A to D and can also boast some of the largest information companies as our clients.My role includes:• Managing HR processes including inductions, training and disciplinary procedures, across multiple offices• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures within ISO guidelines• Managing systems and database on both an office and company-wide level• Producing accurate financial reports and statistics • Assisting with preparing budgets and P&L• Managing incoming and outgoing invoices• Managing office supplies and equipment and liaising with suppliers• Working with landlords and building management company to ensure all facilities running smoothly• First line IT support and liaising with IT Manager when necessary• Sourcing, interviewing and managing administration and temporary staff• Issuing and managing contracts• Running weekly contractor payroll• Liaising with credit control to resolve finance issues• Processing expenses and calculating commissions• Managing and co-coordinating recent office move• Maintaining, develop and updating company website• Proactively managing and coordinating busy diaries for the CEO and two Associate Directors• Making internal and external meetings and lunch arrangement• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority • Assisting in producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations• Dealing with highly confidential documentation i.e. appraisal forms and salary details • Travel arrangement, we have three offices London, San Fran and Sydney Australia
