I lead the HR Operations and Onboarding teams in UK&I HR. My onboarding team is all about welcoming our new joiners to the Experian brand and setting them up for success in their new role - balancing a outstanding customer journey experience with meeting Right to Work and FCA vetting requirements. I've spent the last few year really focusing on taking this whole journey digital and making it really easy for our customers (employees and managers) to get everything they need done when onboarding using innovative technology.My Operations team support the whole of HR both within the UK and EMEA - we make everything happen behind the scenes so our HR specialist can concentrate on adding value to the business. This means we have input in so many activities from booking interviews, managing our training programme delivery, flexible labour onboarding, employee benefit administration, references and data quaility. I also am responsible for managing risk and control within our UK team.The best part of my role is the autonomy and innovation I can take to improve our processes and therefore end user customer experience. I am currently bringing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software into the teams, whilst also looking at many A.I./machine learning opportunities for the future

I lead Onboarding and TA support within the UK&I Talent Acquisition Team - what I enjoy most about my role is giving new employees an engaging introduction to Experian and our brand.
