I witnessed and personally walked through it all - and more - in my hometown entrepreneurial ecosystem. Then I hit a breaking point. I believed that better was possible and I sought out to find it and to help others create it.My path to becoming an ecosystem healer began as I emerged from a personally traumatic experience.​Silos, exclusion, racism, sexism, appropriation. marginalization fractured relationships. I reimagined what my life could be and what equity could look like in local ecosystems, I repaired my emotional wounds by surrounding myself and collaborating with new colleagues that shared my worldview, and I renewed the way I see and support entrepreneurs and ecosystems. Now I use my journey to help heal others reimagine, repair, and and rebuild their local ecosystems.
