Nonprofit organizations, foundations, and communities across the country look to Fay Horwitt to provide creative solutions to grow inclusive and impact for local entrepreneurial ecosystems. As a sought after presenter and trainer, Fay designs and delivers in-person and virtual events, education and interactive experiences to help organizations, companies, and individuals grow more effective and equitable human ecosystems. Fay now turns her attention to ecosystem healing, helping pivot ecosystems and institutions in the time of COVID-19, racial tensions and beyond - all from a multicultural lens.My path to becoming an ecosystem healer began as I emerged from a personally traumatic experience.Silos, exclusion, racism, sexism, appropriation. marginalization fractured relationships. I witnessed and personally walked through it all - and more - in my hometown entrepreneurial ecosystem. Then I hit a breaking point. I believed that better was possible and I sought out to find it and to help others create it.My path to becoming an ecosystem healer began as I emerged from a personally traumatic experience.Silos, exclusion, racism, sexism, appropriation. marginalization fractured relationships. I witnessed and personally walked through it all - and more - in my hometown entrepreneurial ecosystem. Then I hit a breaking point. I believed that better was possible and I sought out to find it and to help others create it.Since that pivotal moment, I have been on a transformational journey. I reimagined what my life could be and what equity could look like in local ecosystems, I repaired my emotional wounds by surrounding myself and collaborating with new colleagues that shared my worldview, and I renewed the way I see and support entrepreneurs and ecosystems. Now I use my journey to help heal others reimagine, repair, and and rebuild their local ecosystems.
