We believe that an entrepreneurial mindset is the first step toward lasting positive change in life, business, and society. Rheos Human Capital co-designs entrepreneurial enterprises education, experiences, and ecosystems that transform society for good. Rheos operates on the principle that entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking have tremendous potential to improve the human condition and the societies in which we live. We utilize design-thinking, asset-based approaches, and creative thinking to create powerful and unique strategies for success. What we do: Enterprise Design We work with entrepreneurs to co-design social enterprises that improve the human condition, revitalize communities, and/or heal the earth. Educational Design We co-design educational events and curriculum on topics related to entrepreneurship, diversity, belonging, equity, and networking learning. Experience Design We co-design events and interactive experiences that promote diversity/equity in entrepreneurship and network collaboration. Ecosystem Design We co-design regenerative entrepreneurial ecosystems and funding models that prioritize diversity and equitable opportunity.
