I am an HR Specialist with project and communications skills with +10 years of organizing hundreds of volunteers to put on events and programs. At the corporate level, my role is to manage Human Resources for BQMI while helping our employees reach their full potential. I have the skills and drive necessary to work independently to organize and complete any project by a deadline. My passion is still volunteering I am an active member of Pearland Silverlake Lions Club.During my seven-year tenure with Keep Pearland Beautiful, we doubled our volunteer core to over 1000 people, increased our budget from $225,000 to $380,000 and I established timelines for all KPB’s major projects and fundraisers. +5 years experience building a website and social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). I built up KPBs electronic presence through a constantly updated website (up to 200 views per week) and a strong social media presence on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter. As Director of Operations and Programs at Keep Pearland Beautiful my contributions included communications, fundraising, environmental education and program planning, public relations, volunteer management, publication design and digital graphics.
