𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 aims to bridge the gap between formal elementary school education in Pakistan and the forefront of global scientific and industrial research and innovation. We aim to design a unique STEM curriculum and strategic framework that engages elementary education level students with real-world challenges and scientific applications in the industry beyond their classroom learning. This concept focuses on preparing the future STEM workforce by expanding students' thinking and working capacities beyond the traditional educational setting.

Associated with the Asma M. Hashmi STEM Centre at NED University of Engineering & Technology with the vision of Catalyzing Pakistan’s Socio-economic transformation through pioneering leadership in STEM education, research & innovation.- STEM Research: Conducted extensive research on teaching methods for K-12 learners and educators to understand & deliver complex scientific concepts engagingly.- Education & Project Management: Planned, organized, conducted, and managed STEM programs (Summer & winter schools for school & college students, STEM Workshops & Courses for undergraduates, and Teacher’s training workshops). - Teacher's Training: Trained educators from diverse districts of Sindh-Pakistan (more than 24 educators from 7 districts of Karachi-Sindh) in modern STEM teaching methods for incorporating inquiry, problem-based, and project-based learning into their formal school curricula at government elementary and secondary schools.- Teamwork & Collaboration: Managed the STEM programs and workshops at the STEM Center, collaborating with various academic departments within the university campus and schools in Pakistan.- Education Strategy: Strategized & implemented informal science education methods & programs hence, bridging the gap between formal university education, STEM learning in informal/non-formal environments, and school/college formal education.- Program Design: Developed & designed curricula, STEM projects, and programs, providing high-quality science education to learners of diverse age groups through a hands-on experimental approach.

The MagnifiScience Centre is Pakistan's first interactive science center, offering hands-on exhibits and programs for all ages. Its vision is to promote the idea that "Science is for Everyone."- Fostering STEM Passion and Accessibility: Developed strategies to incorporate inclusivity, accessibility, and diversity in STEM education & program(s).- Concept Development: Designed & conceptualized science programs (Teacher’s training, science shows, STEM workshops, summer camps, student internships, etc.)- Research & Development: Designed and developed new ideas/strategies in STEM programs & curriculum; incorporated innovation and creativity into STEM education pedagogies/trainings, and events for diverse groups of people. - Education Leadership: Conducted and organized interactive STEM shows, workshops, trainings, summer camps, internships, etc. Hosted events on diverse scientific topics for science education development, promotion, and outreach. - Scientific Outreach, Collaborations & PR: Brought national and international scientific organization(s)/teams in collaboration with the STEM programs for better science education outreach, promotion, and development; expanded the vision of the science center and worked on creating global scientific brands.- Scientific Literacy, Research, and Content Design: Written blogs, developed educational & scientific literature for STEM, and produced content for business expansion, promotions, and marketing.- Project Execution, Management & Operation: Assisted in leading the national and international projects for STEM education outreach & science programs.- STEM Curriculum Design: Developed & strategized STEM curriculum(s) and module(s) incorporating uniqueness, creativity, diversity, and inclusion in the design and approach.- Procurement, Inventory management & Costing: Assisted in daily inventory management, financing, purchasing & payment(s) processing for STEM programs and scientific materials.

- Technical Education: Conducted guided tours of students, delegations, and general visitors (5000+), explaining to them the principles of STEM through practical interactive demonstrations on various science exhibits and engaging the audience of all age groups.- Research and Development: Performed research on science exhibits and designs for newer/improved ideas, modifications, and scientific concepts.- Management and Operations: Assisted in managing the daily operations during schools/delegations visits, assisting in planning the tour of students/visitors.

The Amal Career-Prep Fellowship is a three-months intensive soft-skills, career and leadership development program, an education startup funded by Stanford University & PepsiCo. The program's aim & objective is to train the senior undergraduate students for a competitive job market and in their professional growth & career development.- Communication: Completed a competitive written application and interview process to be selected from pool of 4,800+ applicants (Spring 2022) for intensive 3-months training.- Skills development: Invested 150 hours in order to develop business & soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, problem solving, design thinking, teamwork, etc.) that will help in making a deeper impact on the job and other professional activities.
