-Managed front of house and patron experience for over 40 Savannah Philharmonic performances-Managed a team of 11 for Picnic in the Park, which attracts an annual attendance of 18,000 patrons in Forsyth Park-Managed contracts and permitting for vendors including food, beverage, SCMPD, and the City of Savannah-In coordination with our Media Partner WTOC and staff, produced a virtual Picnic in the Park event for 2020 that resulted in viewership of approximately 22,500, a 25% increase from previous in person-attendance-In partnership with the Savannah Box Office, coordinated patron subscription sales and renewals for season tickets prior to COVID, and served as the primary box office manager for the organization during the shutdown-Served as customer service representative for over 500 patrons and donors-Successfully managed the ticket donation process and recouped 46% of the potential $67K loss-Designed and managed all mass e-communications to 7.3k subscribers-Coordinated 5 special events to include the management of storyboards, design, timelines, and ticket sales-Managed the launch of the corporate rebrand and announcement for the 2020/2021 season-Managed the Graphic and Web-design team to produce over 340 digital and print marketing materials per year-Managed donor lifecycle of 350 supporters whose contributed income equaled $804K of the organization’s $1.5 million budget

-Served on a team of Front of House Managers during the 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018 Seasons -Successfully managed 10-30 volunteers per show and conducted pre-performance briefings for 39 concerts. I managed the flow of patrons entering and exiting the venue, reset each venue for back-to-back shows, and worked with show managers and SMF Staff to ensure performances began at advertised times

Successfully coordinated major fundraising events for HSF: the annual Gala, Race for Preservation, and the week-long Savannah Preservation Festival. This process includes the management of budgeting, solicitation, marketing, and management of contracts and permitting for the City of Savannah, Chatham County, and event vendors.

Created and implemented HSF’s first formal volunteer program, resulting in the recruitment, training and coordination of 120 volunteers for the 2014 National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Past Forward Conference while managing the donor lifecycle of 700 supporters.

Performed accounting functions under the supervision of the Director of Finance, wrote and maintained the HSF Employee Handbook, managed the facility, and processed all HSF merchandise sales and inventory.

-Live-in position which supervised and coordinated a student staff of 12, and produced 121 social, educational, and cultural programs for 103 gifted high school students living full time on the UWG campus-Conducted over 30 program entry student interviews-Reviewed and adjudicated student conduct cases-Supervised and coordinated Young Scholars Institute summer program for 50 rising 7th and 8th graders

-Supervised a staff of 10 Resident Assistants.-Managed/ Supervised 103 Students in Residence Hall. -Coordinated shift schedules for RA staff during closing/checkout week.-Coordinated summer housing for 17 students.-Participated in Academy Student Orientation for 11 students and their families.

-Assisted Academy Residential Coordinator in the management of a staff of 10.-Trained new staff in administrative responsibilities such as nightly student safety checks, rounds, and programming.-Managed all programming for entire residence hall over a 9 month period. -Advised staff on confrontation skills and student relations.-Hired and managed 5 student office assistants.-Advised Residence Hall Council.

-Live-in position mentoring gifted high school students and traditional-aged honors students (ages 13-19), as they transition to life on a college campus.-Structured and maintained hall discipline system, community development, and activities through coordination of various organizations within the hall-Planned, implemented, and participated in over 50 programs encompassing cultural exposure, education, academic support, social, community service, and weekend events.-Chaperoned 3 Annual trips to Washington D.C. for approximately 30 students.

-Served as Outreach Coordinator and Program Manager for the Public Education Program and coordinated field trip excursions for over 40 k-12 graders.-Directed volunteer workshops and assisted in the creation of a Volunteer Tour Guide manual.
