The major function was to build and maintain relationships with consultants of all major IT skill sets and then use them on our client’s projects. Responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing a staff of 40 employees. Implement, administrate, and execute all policies and procedures for all areas of club operations. Monitor financial statements and manage cash flow accordingly. Coordinate and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing plans. Duties included payroll, retail sales of merchandise, maintain website, tournament promotions and sales, membership promotions and sales, food and beverage operations, conducting tournaments, and attending appropriate community meetings. Position required the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and the demonstration of strong leadership skills.
