As maintenance responsible the main activity is to create and plan preventivemaintenance routines, identify and stock critical spare parts, maintain facilities, develop contractors and lead plant engineering projects.Completed continuous improvement projects using methodologies as DMAIC and FMEA, increasing 42% effectiveness in production, 8% production speed output.Implemented production stability output projects to correct setup techniques, achieving 98.8% equipment availability, problem analysis and solution using Statistical Process Control supporting production floor.
