We will work together to create a plan focused on your journey to empower you. I will work with you to develop healthy and positive coping mechanisms that will assist you in overcoming hardships with the focus of finding internal peace. My practice focus is adults, anxiety, grief and loss, health issues, LGBTQIA+, and spirituality, to name a few.
