After graduating in Languages and Economic and Legal Institutions of Asia at Ca' Foscari University of Venice (2014), I moved to Japan to join Adecco, for two years and a half I was working as Recruitment Consultant. In September 2017 I transferred to Pontoon Solutions, Adecco's Japan brand for RPO solutions. I started my career as RPO Recruiter supporting onsite an American Marketing company where I was in charge for tech and data related hiring. On January 2018 I started serving MetLife Japan, one of the global leader life insurance companies, I mainly cover the tech & data related hiring, but also experienced hiring for various area as: Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Services and Audit.My mission is to deliver top-quality talent to hiring teams across numerous business units.
