Documentation for all sites (materials & stocks)·Act as a main technical advisor at site·Check plans, drawings,& quantities for accuracy of results.·Ensure that all works done are as per specification.·Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, & the generalwork force involved in the project·Liaise with local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws·Communicate with clients & their representatives (architects, engineers & surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.·Day to day managing of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force andthe work of any subcontractors.·Ensure the Quality of work done at the site is as per the standards.·Prepare reports as required·Resolve unexpected technical difficulties ·Analyze design issues& recommend corrective actions·Perform civil design analysis & calculations according to project requirements ·Determine construction cost & material estimates based on civil design
