Provide solutions to address issues and concerns.▪ Ensure that the division’s programs, activities, projects, policies, guidelines and procedures to be targeted and implemented are in conformance to all applicable internal and external policies, rules, laws and regulations.▪ Reviews and evaluates the overall performance of the division and individual staff to determine the shortfall in the achievement of targets and possible gaps in the delivery of quality, timely and adequate support services.▪ Organize, facilitate and participate in various committees and meetings including among others, technical meetings, planning sessions, staff meetings, etc.▪ Performs other related duties as may be delegated by the Head of the Agency.
