In November 2023 I started a new position as HR Generalist at Délifrance Italia Srl. I support the work of my colleagues mainly in administration and employee training courses, but also concerning the organisation of company and team building events. In June 2023 I graduated with a master's in Human Rights and Multiculturalism at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN). My thesis was about the role that new communication technologies play in human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Therefore, through semi-structured interviews, I researched how technological tools in sexual exploitation are perceived by professionals working in the field. I was also interested in investigating whether these same technologies could be used by the Italian state or by Italian organisations working with survivors of trafficking to support them.In April 2021 I graduated from Università degli Studi di Bergamo with a BA in Educational Sciences with a grade of 108/110. During my BA, I also spent a semester in Denmark studying Crossing Borders at the University College Syddanmark (UC SYD) thanks to the Eramsus+ programme. Additionally, I have carried out my bachelor's degree curricular internship on the island of Gran Canaria in Spain working at “Programa de atención a la mujer DANIELA”; the latter is a shelter project for victims of human trafficking in which I worked as an educator, participating in team meetings and occasionally joining the outreach unit during street interventions.In my free time, I geek out about the arts. I enjoy the creative process of painting, taking photos, editing videos, graphic designing, crocheting, and sewing. I am currently self-teaching myself how to use Blender, a 3D Design Software. I also like travelling, learning new languages and getting to know other cultures.
