Professional Trainer
Current- teaching activities in the areas of career guidance and skills assessment;- career guidance, placement assistance and skills assessment;design, planning and management of training courses, individual internship, post graduate courses, educational training path in business area, computer science, graphic design, Italian language and literacy;- management of an international project in Brazil (Federal University of Santa Maria - Porto Alegre) "techniques of business management for SMEs", funded by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy; Project objectives: to encourage the exchange of expertise and research in the process of internationalization of business and management field activating programs of cooperation between Brazil and Italy, to develop skills and improve their knowledge of techniques of business management, streamline policies of economic development, small and medium enterprises by promoting the creation of new jobs in the sector;- implementation and management of a European project called ST.EP (Student Educational Placement) within the Leonardo da Vinci Project, created in cooperation local and foreign partners (Austria, Greece) to enhance services and tools that support the work and training (Internship), through the creation of logistic support permanent businesses, education bodies and training students, European bodies.
