Spark44 is a global creative agency born as a joint venture between Jaguar Land Rover and agency managers. As such, the company is dedicated to the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.I joined Spark44 to help set up the Localisation Team and subsequently I was responsible for the translation of digital and print assets into up to 30 languages. More specifically, my role involved:- Briefing translation jobs to Spark44 copywriters and to our external translation supplier - Interfacing daily with the supplier and with other Spark44 offices- Monitoring translation quality and deliverables- Working closely with the other Spark44 teams (project managers, market account managers, studio, digital, etc.)- Tracking costs and approving cost estimates- Planning and managing the workload to ensure deliveries within the timeframes allocated- Providing training to new Spark44 PMs on the translation processes

As a copywriter I work on above-the-line and below-the-line advertising campaigns, originating and transcreating copy for the Italian market on behalf of global brands and international agencies. Although I work with a wide spectrum of brands, I specialise in luxury goods, fashion, education, automotive and electronics. As a translator I work on a variety of projects in the fields of marketing, automotive, technology, software localisation, cosmetics and sportswear. Regular projects include websites, brochures, presentations, articles, catalogues and user manuals.I also have several years' experience in audiovisual translation, having worked on many feature films, operas, TV series, documentaries and trailers.Additional services: - Consecutive interpreting- Telephone interpreting- Voice-over direction

As a Senior Account Manager I was in charge of the day-to-day running of two accounts, a global car manufacturer and an FMCG brand. In this role I was responsible for managing the relationship with the global client and with the other TAG teams working on the same accounts. I was also in charge of recruiting, training and managing a team of AEs and AMs and overseeing the completion of all projects on time and on budget.

In this role I was responsible for managing the transcreation of brochures in over 20 languages for a global car manufacturer. Duties included briefing copywriters and translators, liaising with the print production studio over the typesetting of the brochures, as well as the correct implementation of local markets feedback, coordinating the revision and approval process with local market contacts and ensuring that all language versions were signed off and sent to print on time.
