In continuity with the activities performed during my internship period. Along with working and create ad-hoc report for all Nestlé business, I also took steps towards process automation and report automation by developing my own VBA Macros, aiming to help the work flow to become smother and less time consuming, giving business fresher insight to make decisions on.

Worked in the Media and eBusiness Teams supporting all Nestlé businesses in the analysis of data coming from Google Marketing Platform & Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and DMP. Along with creating ad hoc reports and managing, checking and sorting all reports provided by the media agency.

Work as shop assistant, support customers during their buying process, suggest ad hoc solutions to customer requests and reorganize shelves layout. Helping customers finding what needed for their personal projects. Managing customers relationship at retailing level. Management of unexpected events.

Main Task performed:- Translation of marketing material from Italian to English- Creation of power point for marketing purpose- Check website of the company in order to spot errors and correct them- Welcoming customers to the company, address them to the right office

training and teaching basketball to children (10-12 years old).As coach helper I was responsible for the arrangement of the exercises, suggesting children and correct them.Sometime the head coach let me organise the whole training, however the coach always supervise me.
