My role also includes overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout, quality control, and the management of the day to day activities of the business.Finally, I regularly use my mycological expertise as a truffle consultant, working closely with customers to develop new and customised blends, and assisting them to develop truffle recipes to expand and re-energise their existing product lines.

PANMOD S.R.L is a quality food factory with an annexed meat cutting room. They transform Italian pork and wild boar meat into fresh cuts destined for the butcher's shops around Tuscany. Cured meats are seasoned in special cells and stored until sold in pieces or vacuum slices. The final step of the process takes place in a white room inside the structure for the packaging of sliced cold meats in ATP.As Quality Control Analyst, I was responsible for maintaining all documentation related to the company's HACCP certification current and correct. Other responsibilities included product traceability and product control within the Company “Panmod S.r.l.” and its broader group.
