Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I have full ownership of Talent Acquisition processes and work closely with Managers in every department.This includes:- Aligning with Hiring Managers.- Managing our ATS and Posting Job Ads.- Reviewing applicant's CVs and screening relevant profiles.- Showcasing potential fits for the role to the Hiring Manager and getting back to candidates with feedback/rejections.- Scheduling and holding interviews with all relevant stakeholders.- Taking care of interview follow-ups, job offers and negotiations.- Contract generation and ensuring a smooth signature process.In my role, I also take care of admin in our HRIS, ensuring that employee documentation is up to date and taking care of technical Onboarding and Offboarding.Lastly, I use data to track Time-to-hire, employee tenure, etc. to ensure we can always improve our processes and be as efficient as possible.
