As Customer Success Specialist I was still responsible for onboarding new clients and answering heavy technical questions by phone and live-chat, but I was also proactively making sure that our clients were up-to-date with Clerk.io's features, and that they were using the system in the best possible way.I also wrote most our help-articles about how to work with Clerk.io in various platforms, both from the technical and commercial aspects.

Starting at Clerk.io, I was mainly responsible for helping new customers install and configure the system, and answering any questions they might have along the way.I also helped set up our chat-support through Zoiper, making written communication with customers a lot easier.

Worked as a part-time substitute with enough work to span more than 37 hours a week. I helped mentally handicapped, autistic adults in their everyday-life.The job included getting them out of bed in the morning, helping with personal hygiene and making sure they got the right nourishment, as well as helping them with various activities like taking them out for day-trips throughout northern Zealand.
