Since January 2020: I'm supporting a loan & leasing company in the role of Project Manager of an international initiative aimed at harmonizing operating models and services offered all over the world. This Programme included the adoption of a set of common platforms, adjustment of features consistently with local regulatory requirements, target processes design, and definition of the common financial model.05/2022 - 12/2022: I orchestrated the on-boarding of 2 large Italian AMs on the new Transfer Agent.04/2021 - 04/2022: I coordinated the products integration (funds and sicavs) of 2 primary Italian AMs in their Depositary Bank, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agency, Depo and Custody services. We supported the gap analysis (e.g.: funds regulation), terget model design, providers and distributors engagement, migrations, funds fusion.01/2020 - 12/2020: I led a M&I project in the asset management business, coordinating all project streams (products, legal, marekting, operations, compliance). The project aimed at splitting an existing company (IMA, Advisory and closed funds) in 2 branches to be integrated in different group companies.01/2019 - 12/2019: I have coordinated multiple project teams supporting clients in the banking industry (e.g.: operating model review, KPIs implementation), the insurance industry (e.g.: adoption of a new AML platform) and asset management industry (e.g.: revamping campaign of a pension fund, including the migration of Transfer Agent and Fund Administrator services and the change of Fund regulation). I'm supporting Parva business development as well (e.g.: Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation).04/2016 - 12/2018: I have coordinated different project teams, mainly in the securities services business; among the others, I managed a project to enhance the IMA Back Office service and I coordinated a Crisis Committee to restore the regular Local Paying Agent functions after a disruptive business events.

06/2016 - 06/2017: I have managed the relationship with one of Parva main clients in the banking sector; I led teams involved in different projects implementation (mainly in Compliance, Operations, Onboarding, Regulatory and IT areas) and I support the Parva business development.01/2015 – 06/2016: I led a team of consultants supporting and coordinating a major project for the implementation of a new service to distribute domestic and foreign funds to institutional operators. More specifically, my team supported the regulatory framework analysis, the contracts drafting, the process to share and review business requirements and operating models, the IT developments oversight and the business tests coordination.

03/2014 - 12/2014: I led different teams of consultants coordinating projects for major operators in the financial services sector. Such projects were mainly focused on Compliance (e.g.: FATCA regulation, anti-money laundering, privacy regulation), Operations (process re-engineering and feasibility analysis for the acquisition of a new business line) and Tax (proper calculation of VAT on Depo Bank services, involving major industry players to achieve a uniform calculation method for the entire sector).09/2012 - 03/2014: I led a team supporting an international bank during a supervisory inspection. We liaised with the top management of the local branch as well as of the international corporation to define and implement a program with the purpose to correct the issues identified by the supervisory authority. The program involved many functions of the bank, such as Operations, Compliance, Governance and Risk Management. I supported the client to draft and review all the formal documentation required both internally (e.g.: Board of Directors) and externally (e.g.: supervisory authority).05/2010 – 09/2012: I coordinated the project (and the related follow-up) to transfer a business line of a primary Italian bank to an international player entering the Italian market. I supported mainly the IT director during the transition, with a specific focus on the post-merger integration, the implementation of demand management processes, new clients on boarding and new distribution networks activation.01/2009 – 05/2010: I led a team of consultants supporting the Project Management Office of a primary Italian bank; I focused on Asset Management projects, specifically on IT and Operations functions.

01/2008 – 12/2008: I supported the Project Managemet Office of a major Italian Asset Manager, co-leading the activities following an acquisition of a competitor.01/2007 – 12/2007: I implemented a new management accounting tool for an insurance firm; my support mainly involved tests coordination, monitoring of progress toward completion, management reporting.
