IMPLEMENTATION OF GLOBAL INNOVATIONS. As part of the Innovation team I am responsible for the implementation of Aptamil packaging at a global scale, making sure key projects, including complete VI rebranding, are landing on time, aligned to global brand strategy and driving business growth in the regions. In this context I also manage print trials planning and budget.STAKEHOLDERS' MANAGEMENT. In this process my key stakeholders are: Innovation leadership, Marketing leads, Product Development, Regulatory, Factories as well as third party agencies (creative, pre media) and suppliers (printers, factories).GLOBAL PROGRAMS EVANGELIZATION. I deal with markets at a global scale daily driving best practices and making sure consistency of the Aptamil brand is always applied while efficiencies can be reached.SUPPLIERS' MANAGEMENT. In 2020 I have been instrumental in a global pre media agency selection made through a tender process where my role faced both the contenders and internally the main stakeholders. I make sure selected suppliers deliver best quality according to Danone standards and I manage escalations.

In my role at Belkin I ensured the successful execution of its marketing programs at the EMEA level. I was responsible for providing marketing support to the EMEA business, in line with the campaigns and product launches driven by the marketing and product management teams. Partnering with global team on gathering required launch assets and coordinating localization on the one hand and collaborating with regional sales to execute marketing programs that drive awareness, preference and sales of Belkin products with strategic channel partners on the other hand. In this role I manage 360 Go to Market plan, whilst ensuring all marketing financial components are met.
