Coordination of a cross-functional team of around 30 members including but not limited to design engineers, quality assurance, procurement, and vendors teams through development and industrialization phases of seating projects for a range of 4 automobile models of premium class.Working in multiple directions: New products launch Taking part in the projects initiation phase by estimating vendors' budgets and schedules upon the required scope; balancing scope and timing through negotiation with executive management; participation in the decision-making process on vendor engagement level in D&D (make or buy analysis).Acting a leading role in creating the vendors` WBS, RASIC responsibility matrix, and master schedule aligning these deliverables with the vehicle master plan. Supporting analysis of investment amount; encouraging vendors towards cost optimization; leading cost negotiations.Leading risk management process; encouraging teams to share risks; formulating risk responses; conducting review sessions of countermeasures implementation.Directing vendors' teams in achieving OEM milestones; hands-on problem resolution; conflict management.Performing stakeholder management; enhancing communication between customer team, vendors teams, and management.Production localization of subcomponents (shift of production of components to low-cost regions)Identifying the most promising component groups for localization, taking into account technical risks, raw materials availability, and return of investments. Elaborating vendors panel together with procurement team; supporting vendor sourcing.Conducting profitability analysis of localization projects and their presentation to executive management.Being a part of a constant product improvement process oriented to improve customers' experience by implementing technical modifications. Reporting to executive and CEO level of the projects' statuses.

Working on key company projects in tight collaboration with R&D and PMO teams with vendor panel development, sourcing of high-tech electronics, optics, and laser components, and provision of complex but efficient logistics following projects' quality, budget, and timing baselines.

Participation in a new vehicle launch in the role of project buyer coordinating and directing suppliers of multiple commodities including but not limited to exterior and interior plastic trims, instrumental panel, and harnesses. Performing continuous change management caused by project scope change and shift of business conditions with the negotiation of cost of components and investments.Bearing responsibility for the supplier's schedule through control over APQP deliverables and milestones, leading follow-up communication between supplier and inner stakeholders.Striving towards components cost and investment optimization using tools of CBD analysis and production process analysis.Performing risk management including assessment of technical risks impact and production capacity analysis.Leading contracting process by negotiating terms between suppliers and concerned stakeholders.Reporting budgets KPI to both executive and project management.

New product launch (from purchasing side): support of production with pre-serial components, organization of serial shipments of around 450 new parts, conclusion of 60 supply contracts, coordination of suppliers throughout the project, cost control, negotiation of commercial conditions, packaging and logistics.Apart from that:• Leading of localization process: search of potential suppliers, cost-benefit analysis, supervision of production preparation (incl. audits).• Technical changes implementation (purchasing side): quotation, timing development, follow-up.• Monitoring and negotiation of serial prices.• Support of QA in supplier quality management.

Acting as a project buyer and logistics specialist in one. For instance, working in collaboration with the project manager, design team, and QA to form technical specifications for RFQ packages and fulfill the sourcing timely, as well as placing orders, negotiating the prices, and performing logistics.• Full circle purchasing (panel management, sourcing, supplier assessment, supplier performance review)• Full circle logistics (creating plan of orders; control over shipments; stock management)• Working closely with the QA team investigating none-confirmatory cases using 8D and 5M analysis
