Gateways Crisis Residential Program, a state licensed residential facility for up to 16 adults, ages 18-59.The Crisis Residential Program is a 24hr facility that provides round-the-clock treatment and care for its residents in a caring and compassionate environment.This is an emergency housing facility for residents being released from acute short term hospital care, the program’s goal is to obtain permanent & stable residential placement within 30 days of admission.Assess patients for dangerousness & intervene in a timely, calm and appropriate manner.Remain objective, stable & firm with clients who have a history of criminal behavior & psychiatric disabilities.Monitor safety and security of the Gateways Crisis Residential Treatment facility by conducting regular rounds, and property searches.
