Moment by Moment was born after my own experience as the Mother of a premature baby. My daughter Airlie Fae was born at just 27 weeks gestation and weighed only 861grams = 1lb 14ozs, with her smallest recorded weight being 792grams. I suffered pregnancy induced complications Pre Eclampsia (PE) and HELLP Syndrome. Moment by Moment provides Australian family of friends with information and support during this very unexpected but still important time.
