Senior Engineer
Huawei Device Co., Ltd
1. Responsible for the comprehensive battery performance evaluation and certification of Huawei's mobile phones, homes, mobile broadband and other projects, and connect the test specifications between Huawei and suppliers. 2. Establish and promote the implementation of sampling inspection specifications for mass production of batteries. 3. Continuously analyze the market failure of batteries and promote improvement measures to reduce the market failure rate caused by battery cells. 4. Responsible for the maintenance and capability improvement of Huawei's battery test laboratory 1. Ensure the comprehensive performance evaluation and certification of batteries for more than 10 products in the Huawei Mate, Honor, P and other series, revise enterprise standards, and connect 4 test specifications between Huawei and suppliers to avoid test disputes, and improve test efficiency and optimize test scheduling on the basis of existing equipment, increasing test production capacity by more than 35%. 2. Establish a battery mass production sampling inspection specification, and change the mass production sampling inspection and quality control activities from the original state of random sampling, test delay, and unattended results to an orderly, on-time, and closed-loop state, and carry out continuous quality monitoring of mass production products; 3. Continue to analyze market faults, analyze 100% of key flagship projects, locate the causes of faults, and propose effective improvement measures; during the period, it is found that the recoverable current protection device of the battery used in a certain product will continue to carry out protection actions in a certain high-current application scenario, which will eventually lead to the failure of the protection device, resulting in the failure of the battery, resulting in the failure of the battery, and analyze the mechanism of the abnormality, and cooperate with the development team to implement countermeasures.
