1.Analyze client needs and understand the project requirements and the Job Description fully;2.Capture relevant industry information and trends including competitive landscape, competitors corporate structures and business models;3.Search quickly and identify right person via a variety of ways, such as Cold Calling, Job-posting sites, linkin and so on;4.Communicate with potential candidates and gain preliminary information;5.Coordinate with Consultant to face-to face interview potential candidates;6.Format the right candidates’ reports and send them to client;7.Assist consultant to help right candidate to negotiate offer with client;8.Assist consultant to finished smoothly Candidates Reference Check in term of client demand;9.Sort out and entre CVs to CESS(a talented person system).

1. Provide professional human resource consulting services to customers include: searching, CV screening, interview, and screen work; 2. Communicate with HR or OSRC to understand the job specific requirements, making the feasible searching scheme including the target company, searching method, searching channel, searching cycle; 3. Interview candidates and screen the suitable candidates who conform to the customer’s requirement in the hard and soft conditions; and provide appropriate suggestion and interview guide to candidates,; 4. Do background investigation and salary survey to candidates; 5. Follow the whole recruitment process and make sure candidates will be on onboard on time.
