• Develop business plan and lead two rounds of funding. • Build a successful team to support the operation of the company including R&D, QAQC, RA, HR, BD, etc.• Lead R&D to establish pipeline in both long-acting injectable (LAI) drugs and medical aesthetics• Programs in pipeline include NDA (1), Phase III (1), Phase I (1), pre-clinical (2), etc.

• Lead PMO with 15 PMs with responsibility for R&D development for about 30 projects including NCE, novel formulation, generics, etc. • Oversee project development at various stages, i.e. NDA(2), Phase III/BE (5+), Phase I/II (5+), pre-clinical (10+). • Provide risk assessment and decision making on CMC, regulatory, clinical, non-clinical, quality, supply chain, etc.• Participate in strategic portfolio management

• Lead analytical development and DMPK group with 120+ scientists with responsibility for projects including biologics, NCE, novel formulation, generics, etc. • Provided analytical support on 30+ projects from pre-clinical till NDA/BLA approval

• Analytical method development for mAb biosimilars and heparin-related complex generics • Provide analytical support for NCE development
