Worked with a group of policy experts on public private partnership (PPP) health project. Completed field research and interviews among government officials, international experts in the Philippines and Turkey. Final PPP report was submitted to 2012 UN’s world PPP summit.

Completed independent review on public participation in the government-led water tariff adjustment process in China based on interviews among government officials, private companies and other major stakeholders. The final report is used as a reference to ADB financed water projects’ tariff setting in China.
