1.Senior International Buying Experience: Independently complete the seasonal buying strategy, buying forecast &assortment plan. Lead team members to fulfill the buying plan till order implementation. 2.Extensive experience in product operation &management: Work closely with retail team, responsible for store management, allocation and timely transfer to insure the products are in the right store with an efficient turnover. 3.Sales and GP Monitoring: Make plans for launch schedule/Markdowns/VIP promotion and Monitor product performance whether it hits/misses plan, provide suggestion on promo/visual/marketing.4.Well Understand fashion trends and price strategy: focusing on &catching up with fashion trends, Conduct quarterly pricing research to ensure brands price architecture is always at the right position in the market.5.Products training: responsible for quarterly products training to Retail team/MKT team/VM team, including with fashion trends, seasonal theme board, design inspiration and mix& match.

1.Merchandising/ Planning: Responsible for developing seasonal OTB, merchandising flow and product assortments plan. Confirm the SKU/Price/Color/ quantity/ key items during the selection meeting.2.Established ODM Buying mode: responsible for ODM buying based on target turnover& fashion trend, to fulfill the collection development plans.3.Strong ability in Data analysis: review product performance daily/weekly to optimize distribution and sales, monitor best / slow movers and propose repeat order. Closely monitor stock to sales ratio.4.MDP&Cost control: monitor the cost based on target margin, ensure punctual delivery to guarantee the sales period.5.Market research: Do the market research of the competitor, market’s needs and fashion trends in china, for getting a clear understanding of the market situation.
