Project development, Monitoring and Evaluation for the environmental projects in the Visayas which include:• Project development includes preparation of project proposals, facilitate proposal review, presentation of proposals for the Foundation’s approval, preparation and processing of Partnership Agreements. • Monitor project partners’ compliance to approved plans, systems and procedures and initiates remedial measures to correct deficiencies that surfaces and prepares field visit report and submit this for review and discussion with the Regional Operations Manager detailing results of the field visit.• Facilitates the conduct of baseline, financial audit and evaluation of studies, and ensures that issues and concerns are addressed by project partners for improved plan performance. • Facilitate processing of grant proposals which include assessment of project proposals, recommend/communicate results to the proponent, facilitate endorsement for approval, preparation and processing of partnership agreements and facilitate grant releases.• Knowledge products generation and management through documentation of good practices in natural resources management, sustainable local livelihoods and process of community participation and ecological governance.• Support partners in building linkages with national and local government units, and other government line agencies such as Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, special local bodies (such as development councils, and Protected Area Management Board) and other institutions in promoting best practices in biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.• Assist the partners in searching and accessing for additional resources (financial and technical). Facilitate fund complementarity and technical cooperation with local and international funding institutions, multilateral donors and inter-government assistance programs.
