David Feldman is an organizational health consultant who focuses on governance, conflict management, and strategic leadership. As a project manager and a mediator David has developed a practice around helping complex decision making teams, such as boards, utilize their differences as a source of innovation and as an organizational asset.David received his B.Sc. from the University of Alberta, an M.A. from Royal Roads University, and holds both a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). While working for the Alberta Business Family Institute David worked with numerous family businesses and completed the RoadMap for Entrepreneurial Families Facilitator Training.Since 2011 David has owned and consulted for Trisula Solutions.
