Atlanta Metropolitan Area

As the Program Manager for the University for Parents, I am responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the program. My duties include overseeing the program's growth and development on a national level and ensuring that program leaders have the necessary resources and support to implement our workforce development and group-mentoring.

• Led overall project management and execution for the start-up and implementation of CCPRP at Integrity CDC. Including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and training plumber apprentices and case managers.
• Created processes for key aspects of the CCPRP to include recruitment, intake/applications, work orders, assessments, repair installation, and inspection of plumbing fixtures in residential homes for low-income.
• Designed and implemented the strategy to track and report program outcomes to the City of Atlanta. Maintained 80% retention of plumber apprentices from recruitment to permanent job placement.
• Collaborate with the master plumber to develop program design and technical training curriculum for plumber apprentices hired for CCPRP

• Led and directed the day-to-day operations and local strategy for the Atlanta TCU/IAM training location per established human resource policies, procedures, and company guidelines. Managed transportation training.
• Collaborated with the Department of Labor and Job Corps Center Directors to ensure seamless training and supportive services to training program participants. Managed the overall process for recruitment, screening.
• Implemented human resource programs, policies and procedures for six exempt employees. Managed human resource personnel files, records, professional development, and performance reviews.
