I am a business development/operations professional with over 20 years' experience working within Design and Consultancy practices in Perth, Brisbane and Canberra. I am an integrator of people, with a keen interest in client and stakeholder relationship management. I enjoy being involved at the front end of strategic pursuits and positioning activities. I work closely with all areas of the business to embed effective approaches to the management of priority clients, assist in the development and facilitation of client plans, undertake client relationship reviews and provide input and advice on strategic pursuits and bids. I deliver value adding solutions and approaches across a range of areas including market and client analysis, advice and plans to support specific local market emerging opportunities and pipeline, market profile and positioning activities, enablement of effective key account management of priority clients and management of local external relationships.I am a strong advocate for women in the built environment having been involved with NAWIC and currently on the Diversity & Inclusion committee for WA Property Council. I am also a proud alumni of the CEDA Copland Leadership program.
